2211 - Domestic Doctorate Scholarship Programs!
The scholarship amounts paid within the scope of the 2211 - Domestic Doctorate Scholarship Programs carried out by TÜBİTAK Scientist Support Programs Presidency (BİDEB) have been updated to be effective as of August 1, 2022. Doctoral scholars will receive 7,500 TL/month full scholarship, 2,250 TL/month partial scholarship. In addition, with the new regulation, scholars who receive domestic doctorate scholarships from other public institutions and organizations or state or foundation universities in Turkey and do not work full-time/do not engage in commercial activities in any institution/organization will be paid 7,500 TL/month full scholarship from the 2211 Program. Since the new scholarship amounts will be effective as of August 1, 2022, the first payments of the increased scholarships will be made in September.
Scholars supported within the scope of the 2211 - Domestic Doctorate Scholarship Programs can take part in projects supported by ARDEB or TEYDEB in accordance with the legislation of the relevant programs. The scholarships of those who are in the status of scholars in projects supported by ARDEB or TEYDEB while benefiting from this program will be paid by BİDEB from the 2211 Program. In addition, doctoral scholars taking part in a TÜBİTAK-supported project will be able to receive an additional scholarship of 2,650 TL/month within the scope of the BİDEB 2250-Graduate Scholarships Performance Program.
The sub-programs that can be applied for and the scholarship payments for the programs are as follows:

Note: Thanks to e-government (ÖSYM, YÖK, etc.) integration, the obligation for scholars to upload student certificates to the BİDEB Application and Monitoring System (e-bideb) during the monitoring periods in March and October has been removed. Therefore, the Monitoring System will not be opened to scholars, and the relevant control will be carried out by TÜBİTAK through the YÖK Information System (YÖKSİS).
