It is an international joint initiative to support and develop science, technology, and innovation (STI) cooperation between European countries and Japan.
-Purpose of the Call
The aim of the call for proposals is to encourage researchers based in Japan and Europe to develop new material designs with atomic precision.
-Countries and Institutions Eligible for Participation
Turkey: The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (TÜBİTAK)
Japan: Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST)
Bulgaria: Bulgarian National Science Fund (BNSF)
Czech Republic: Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports (MEYS)
Czech Republic: Czech Academy of Sciences (CAS)
Hungary: National Research, Development and Innovation Office (NKFIH)
Poland: National Centre for Research and Development (NCBR)
Slovakia: Slovak Academy of Sciences (SAS)
Spain: Agencia Estatal de Investigacion (AEI) - State Research Agency
-Formation of Project Consortia
Each project consortium applying must consist of at least 3 eligible beneficiaries (project partners) from 1 Japan and 2 different European countries participating in the Joint Call.
