Patent-Based Technology Transfer Support Call (TÜBİTAK 1702 Patent License – 2021 – 2)

The target of the call is the transfer of technologies that emerge as a result of research, development, and innovation projects carried out by higher education institutions, research infrastructures, public institutions, public research centers and institutes, and early-stage technology companies, and are protected by patents, to capital companies based in Turkey through licensing or transfer.

In the call where the basic support rate is 25%, an additional 15% support will be provided to organizations that qualify as SMEs. The deadline to apply for the program has been set as October 28, 2021, and the call will close on November 8, 2021. 

Capital companies that fit the definition of customer organization and higher education institutions, research infrastructures, public institutions, public research centers/institutes, technology transfer offices, or capital companies operating in the technology development zone according to Law No. 4691 that fit the definition of technology provider organization can submit project proposals within the scope of this call.
